The shortest process
No relocation abroad and no travel documents – sourcing, verification and onboarding are the only stages, so a start counted in weeks rather than months is realistic.

Ukraine is our fastest direction because there is no relocation abroad – only sourcing, verification and onboarding. We find candidates across the country, verify their qualifications and support onboarding at your site, usually within 1 to 3 weeks.
Ukraine · Domestic recruitment
This is internal recruitment: we find, verify and place Ukrainian candidates for Ukrainian employers. It is the fastest of our directions, because there is no relocation abroad, no travel documents and no cross-border logistics to plan for.
We source candidates from our own database and local partner networks across the country, including people already living near your site and candidates open to relocating within Ukraine for the right role and accommodation.
Every candidate goes through the same verification: identity and document checks, confirmed employment history, references, and an interview in the candidate's language. For technical trades an optional practical skills test is available as a paid add-on on client request.
Where a role requires relocation within Ukraine, we coordinate transport, accommodation and onboarding so the candidate is ready to start on the agreed date, with a dedicated coordinator supporting the first weeks on the job.

No relocation abroad and no travel documents – sourcing, verification and onboarding are the only stages, so a start counted in weeks rather than months is realistic.
Candidates and employers share a language, so onboarding needs no interpreter and instructions are understood from day one.
Where relocation within Ukraine is needed, transport and accommodation are far simpler to arrange than a cross-border move.
Metallurgy, machine building, processing and construction are pillars of the Ukrainian economy. Candidates know machinery, shift work and output targets.
A nationwide sourcing network means we can match candidates to your region, shift pattern and required qualifications.
If a placed worker leaves during the agreed guarantee period, we run a replacement search at no extra sourcing fee.
Qualifications
Each candidate profile includes scans of trade documents, an employment history with named employers, references and – for technical trades – documentation of an optional practical skills test.
Technical school and university diplomas
Ukrainian vocational education is built on technical schools and colleges in mechanical, electrical and construction fields. We verify documents and provide translations where needed.
Welding and operator certificates
We check the scope of qualifications and methods, and for welders we arrange weld samples with visual assessment as an optional paid add-on.
Employment history and references
We verify work at named employers and confirm references by phone – the strongest signal available for assessing reliability.
Driving licences and driver qualifications
For drivers we check the category, seniority and route history against the requirements of the role.
The region a candidate comes from genuinely shapes their professional profile and availability for relocation.
Lviv and the Lviv region
Construction, manufacturing, logistics and services, with strong readiness for local and regional placements.
Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil
The base for construction and skilled trades. Candidates used to crew work and project schedules.
Volyn and Rivne
Wood processing, furniture and manufacturing. High readiness to relocate and solid experience with machinery and continuous-operation plants.
Vinnytsia and Cherkasy
Large-scale agriculture and food processing. Agricultural machine operators and staff for sorting lines, cold stores and processing plants.
Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia
Heavy industry, metallurgy and machine building. Welders, fitters, machine tool operators and maintenance mechanics from large plants.
Kyiv and central Ukraine
The largest labour market: warehousing, logistics, services and manufacturing, with the broadest pool of candidates for fast placements.
We run the process in five stages: consultation and quote; sourcing and pre-selection; verification and your approval; relocation where needed; onboarding and support. With Ukraine the whole path usually fits into three weeks.

Ukraine is the most straightforward direction we offer, since there is no cross-border travel or relocation abroad to plan for. The schedule depends mainly on candidate availability for the role and region, which we factor into the quote from day one.

Industries
This direction is chosen when people are needed immediately and the role calls for independence and communication with the crew. No language barrier means onboarding takes days rather than weeks.
Machine operators and line staff from metal, furniture and processing plants. Shift work, output targets and quality procedures are familiar from Ukrainian factories.
Candidates with experience on construction sites: structures, finishing, electrical and sanitary installations.
Backed by metallurgy and machine building in Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia. MIG/MAG and TIG welders, CNC operators and steel structure fitters.
C+E drivers with route experience plus staff for warehouses and distribution centres running WMS systems.
Ukraine means large-scale farming: combine and tractor operators, orchard, greenhouse and sorting line staff with seasonal and year-round experience.
Candidates with hotel and restaurant experience and strong guest-facing communication skills.
Ukraine is the fastest option domestically, but the candidate pool for a specific region can be tight for large uniform groups. For larger volumes, mass recruitment across several regions may be the better fit.
Roles
This direction delivers most for urgent staffing gaps and for roles requiring certificates: welding, construction, transport and maintenance. For technical trades we can arrange an optional practical test as a paid add-on on client request.

| Process time | 1 to 3 weeks | 1 to 3 months |
| Relocation | Only where needed, within Ukraine | Flight, transfer and accommodation abroad |

| Recruitment scale | Best for targeted, fast placements | Better suited to large uniform groups |

Onboarding
Ukrainian candidates settle in faster than any other direction we work on, but a few things are worth setting up at the start. Below are points that in practice decide whether the first year passes without turnover.
Clear expectations from day one
A short, written role brief and workstation instructions prevent misunderstandings in the first weeks, even without a language barrier.
Transparent pay and schedule
Rates, schedule and accommodation terms, where relevant, should be confirmed in writing before the start date. Mismatched expectations are the leading cause of early departures.
Support for relocated candidates
For candidates moving to a new city, help with accommodation and local orientation in the first days genuinely affects retention.
Competitive candidate market
This is a competitive domestic labour market. On-time pay, good working conditions and a clear progression path are the most effective tools for keeping a team long term.
