We analyze your requirements and prepare an offer, run preselection in the candidate's home country, verify documents and references, arrange medical exams and documents, complete verification and client approval, and finally arrange transport to Ukraine and onboarding support. Practical or language tests are optional and carried out only for an additional fee if the client explicitly requests them.
