Simplified procedure
Instead of a verification and approval process, a declaration entered into the coordination records is enough. That is a couple of weeks instead of months waiting for a verification team's decision.

Construction, finishing trades, manufacturing, warehousing and agriculture. Georgia is covered by the simplified standard hiring procedure and travel without additional formalities, so a worker can start within 3 to 6 weeks of signing the contract. We handle everything: recruitment, the Employment contract signed, relocation and post-arrival care.
Georgia · South Caucasus
Georgia is the only non-EU direction that combines three things at once: the simplified standard hiring procedure, travel without additional formalities for biometric passports and cheap, short flights. In practice, the time from decision to first day at work is usually 3 to 6 weeks rather than a full quarter.
Georgian candidates have a strong construction and craft background. Bricklayers, tilers, plasterers, steel fixers and formwork carpenters are the roles we fill most often. Many candidates previously worked in Türkiye, Greece or Italy, so they know European pace and site standards.
The cultural barrier is effectively non-existent. Georgia is an Orthodox Christian country with a similar holiday calendar, a European work culture and no dietary restrictions. The working language on the floor is usually Russian, which helps in mixed teams with Ukrainians and Moldovans.

Instead of a verification and approval process, a declaration entered into the coordination records is enough. That is a couple of weeks instead of months waiting for a verification team's decision.
A biometric passport is enough for the broader region travel. System registration and the partner network appointment – the longest element in other directions – simply disappear.
Bricklayers, tilers, finishing specialists and formwork carpenters with contract experience in Türkiye, Greece and Italy. Candidates know European work rhythm.
Most candidates speak Russian, so they join teams with Ukrainians, Belarusians and Moldovans without a silent onboarding period.
An Orthodox country with a similar holiday calendar, no dietary restrictions and comparable social norms. Adaptation measured in days, not months.
Short, cheap flights from Tbilisi and Kutaisi, no travel processing fees and no document verification. The lowest total cost of bringing in a non-EU worker.
Qualifications
The Georgian vocational system is less formalised than in Central Asia, so practical verification is key. Every profile includes employment history, photos and video of completed work, licences and an assessment of Russian and English.
Portfolio of finishing work
For construction trades, photo documentation says the most – plastering, tiling, fit-out, façades. We ask candidates for material from recent projects before they reach the shortlist.
History of foreign contracts
We verify earlier assignments in Türkiye, Greece, Italy and Israel. A candidate with that background knows contract life and rarely quits in the first month.
Welding and operator licences
Documents are checked before a candidate is presented and, where needed, confirmed by a practical exam in Ukraine – faster than formal certificate recognition.
C+E licence and code 95
A Georgian licence does not allow professional haulage in the EU. We plan the exchange after the bank account is issued, plus initial qualification and code 95, in parallel with employment.
The region of origin genuinely shapes the professional profile.
Tbilisi and surroundings
The largest candidate pool: construction, finishing trades, logistics, hospitality and services. Best availability and the shortest route to the airport.
Kutaisi and Imereti
An industrial region with a low-cost airport serving budget flights. Manufacturing, warehousing and manual work.
Batumi and Adjara
Tourism, hotels and hospitality. Candidates with guest-service experience and seasonal shift work.
Kakheti
The agricultural and wine region – orchard work, harvesting, processing and agricultural machinery operation.
Rustavi and Kvemo Kartli
Metallurgy and heavy industry. Most welders, fitters and machine operators come from here.
We run the process in four stages: call, quote and contract; sourcing and pre-selection in Georgia; the declaration at the coordination team; arrival and onboarding. With no relocation process, the whole schedule fits into a few weeks.

Industries
Georgia is a craft and construction direction with a strong agricultural and service base. Below are the industries where it delivers the best results.
The strongest side of this direction. Bricklayers, tilers, plasterers and finishing specialists with a real portfolio and contract experience in Türkiye and Greece.
The metallurgical base in Rustavi supplies machine operators, fitters and welders used to shift work.
Candidates with distribution centre and terminal experience. Fast onboarding onto scanners and WMS systems.
Kakheti is an agricultural and wine region. Candidates know harvesting, orchard work and agricultural machinery.
Batumi is a major tourist hub – candidates with hotel and restaurant experience, used to seasons and shift work.
Electricians, plumbers and installation fitters with experience on residential and commercial projects.
If you need candidates with strong English for customer-facing work, the Philippines or Sri Lanka usually work better. We use Georgia where speed of deployment and construction craft matter most.
Roles
The strongest side of this direction is construction and finishing trades plus manufacturing and warehouse roles. Video interviews with candidates are arranged at the employer's request.

A comparison of typical differences in the process and candidate profile.

| Process time | 3–6 weeks | 1–3 months |
| Relocation | No additional formalities with a biometric passport | relocation through our local partner network, appointment required |
| Candidate profile | Construction craft, finishing trades, agriculture | More often light manufacturing and basic roles |
| Relocation cost | Low – short flight, no travel processing fees | Higher – long flights and document verification |

Cultural integration
Georgian teams settle in exceptionally fast because the cultural and religious barrier is effectively absent. What remains is a handful of organisational matters worth setting up at the start.
Russian yes, Ukrainian only on arrival
Shared Russian solves communication inside the team, but documents, training and dealings with authorities are in Ukrainian. Bilingual workstation instructions and a basic Ukrainian course close the gap within weeks.
Residence and banking formalities
Registration, bank account, a bank account and the onboarding support application dominate the first weeks. The coordinator books the appointments and tracks the deadlines so legal residence never lapses.
Declaration deadline and continuity
Work on a declaration is time-limited. We file the onboarding support application early so the worker never has to interrupt employment or leave the country.
Work culture and team relations
Georgians value direct relationships and clear hierarchy. A specific foreman, unambiguous instructions and recognition of results work better than elaborate procedures.
